Not going to lie, a tomato sauce on a decent pasta and a lot of parmesan hits the spot when I really REALLY don't feel like it but I need food. I may even add a store-bought meatball. Knowing I have Alison sauce in on my shelf makes those low-effort meals feel more special and I'm glad it exists, because it tastes way better than anything I can get at a "regular" store. It definitely has her je ne sais quoi but I didn't have to do anything in the pantry but stock a jar.

The best red sauce I’ve had in a jar. It tastes freshly made. The flavor is delicious.

Just a really excellent everyday sauce! So good for busy nights when you don’t have time/ energy to put something really delicious together. Highly recommend!
